Providing Guidance in Environmental Education to Schools, Teachers, and Volunteers
I've provided support to schools, teachers, and volunteers by helping guide them with effective teaching techniques for environmental education. The goal is to actively engage students with outdoor learning and hands-on activities that lead to discovery, curiosity, and a desire to learn more about observations made outside.

In addition to helping coach teachers directly through workshops, I have also visited schools and taught environmental lessons to students while their teachers have observed to learn from my example. I want students and teachers to feel excited and confident about incorporating nature into the classroom, so I thoroughly enjoy helping to guide them.

Ways I have incorporated the outdoors into the classroom include science lessons, art lessons, and creative writing. There is so much inspiration to draw from nature, and I love sharing this with other educators and their students.

Currently, I work with a number of volunteers. I help manage them and also provide guidance and training. I've also worked with interns, who have assisted with my educational programs and other tasks.
